Our security practices are consistent with the CryptoCurrency Security Standard (CCSS) Level 1 developed by the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium (C4) and FIPS 140-2 Level 1 standards developed by the U.S. government. These standards govern our key generation, storage, and operational security procedures.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Service Providers: Third parties who assist in operating the Platform, including MoonPay for payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Key Export: Custodial Account users may request to view and export their private keys at any time.

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will provide Custodial Account users with their private keys. Some information may be retained as described in Section 6.

Communications: You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. You cannot opt out of transactional communications related to your account.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
